Sun 10 Jan - JOHANESBURG / GREATER KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
Arrive Johannesburg, complete customs and immigration formalities and connect to your 1 hour flight to Hoedspruit Airport, next to Kruger National Park. On arrival at Hoedspruit Airport, Kapama Rangers welcome and greet guests before assisting them onto open safari vehicles for the short transfer to the lodge where you check in and enjoy lunch.
Kapama Private Game Reserve is an African Eden. Sweeping across 13 000 hectares of savannah and riverine forest, Kapama represents a piece of Africa as it used to be. With the mighty Drakensberg mountains in the distance and iconic Kruger National Park to the east, Kapama has the finest wildlife safari offering with vast herds of buffalo, elephant and antelope along with plentiful predators resident on the reserve.

Tonight you are invited to join your tour host and fellow travellers for ‘Welcome Drinks’ and a brief introduction to South Africa from your local agent. Dinner will be enjoyed in the Lodge dining Room.
Mon 11 - Tue 12 Jan - KAPAMA GAME RESERVE
The days start with an early wake-up call between 5am and 5:30am. Tea, coffee and rusks are enjoyed together before heading out at first light. Halfway through the game drive, there’s a stop for hot drinks and snacks, before returning to the lodge at around 9am for a hearty breakfast. After breakfast take a nature walk with your Ranger, relax around the pool or enjoy a spa treatment or one of the many activities the lodge has on offer. Options include (payable locally): Spa treatments, Elephant back Safari or a nature walk.
Lunch is served at your leisure followed by an afternoon safari. Dinner will either be served at the lodge dining room or in the open air Boma.
Wed 13 Jan - SCENIC PANORMAIC TOUR TO JOHANNESBURG
We depart Kapama by coach and drive back to Johannesburg via the scenic Panorama Route. The route along the Mpumalanga escarpment is both pleasurable and picturesque to drive as there is so much to see. Along the way you will enjoy stops at Gods Window, Blyde River Canyon and Mac Falls.
Arrive Johannesburg early evening and transfer to Sandton, one of Johannesburg's prestigious suburbs and your chosen hotel.
Thu 14- Mon 18 Jan- 3rd SUNFOIL TEST, SOUTH AFRICA v ENGLAND Venue: Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg Time for the action to begin. Daily return transfers will be provided to the Ground. Tue 19 Jan – JOHANNESBURG - VICTORIA FALLS
After Breakfast, transfer to OR Thambo International Airport for your flight to Zimbabwe. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check in.
In the early afternoon you are met by your local tour-guide for a guided walking tour of the Victoria Falls You will learn the fascinating story of the great missionary-explorer David Livingstone who on the 17th November of 1855 was taken by dugout canoe down the Zambezi River to see “Mosi-oa-tunya“ – “the smoke that thunders“ – and the terrifying abode of the great river god, Nyaminyami. The walk will take about 1-2 hours and you will, stop at various view points along the Falls. There is also the opportunity to visit the craft market with its many woodcarvings and African Artifacts.
Wed 20 Jan – VICTORIA FALLS
Today is a fee day for you to explore and enjoy some of the many activities available including excellent fishing, a terrifying bungee jump and arguably the best commercial white water rafting in the world. You could also take a stroll into Vic Falls Town to enjoy the shops and markets or simply relax at the hotel pool.
Thu 21 Jan – VICTORIA FALLS - JOHANNESBURG-LONDON
Meet in the hotel lobby for your mid morning tranfer to Victoria Falls Airport and your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival check-in for your flight home, arriving London Heathrow early the following morning (22 January)
