Depart Heathrow on Sunday evening on your Etihad Airways flight to Abu Dhabi.

Mon 23 Jan  Abu Dhabi

On arrival you will be met and transferred to the five Star Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort. Make the most of today and relax and acclimatise in your new surroundings. Tonight we have arranged a 'Welcome drink' where you can meet old friends as well as new members of the tour party, your tour host and local escort.

Tue 24 Jan Abu Dhabi - sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a half day city tour of the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Abu Dhabi is a fascinating mix of old and new, a city where much emphasis has been placed upon the origins and culture of old Arabia and the Bedouin traditions.

Wed 25 - Sun 29 Jan

2^nd Test, Pakistan v England  

Sheikh Zayed Stadium 

Daily roundtrip transfers will be provided from your hotel to the Stadium. Transfer time is about 30 minutes.

The Social Side...

During the Test, join Bob Taylor for post dinner drinks and an informal chat about England's progress in the three match series.

On the final night of the Test you are invited to join Bob and your fellow travelers for dinner at the hotel. 

Mon 30 Jan  Abu Dhabi/Dubai

Depart the hotel late morning and transfer to the neighbouring Emirate of Dubai and the superb Sofitel Dubai Jumeriah Beach. Remainder of the day is at leisure to explore your new surroundings.   

Tue 31 Jan  Dubai - City sightseeing

After breakfast, meet in the hotel lobby and depart on a half day city tour. The tour of the city introduces both the new and the old Dubai. Visit Jumeirah Mosque, one of the landmarks of Dubai, follow the Creek and stroll through the narrow lanes of old Dubai. Explore Al Fahidi Fort, which houses the Dubai Museum, cross the creek in a traditional Abra (water taxi) and then wander through the spice and gold souks.

Wed 1 Feb  Dubai - Evening Dhow Cruise

Enjoy a relaxing day at the hotel in the company of a good book and a cold beer. Tonight you are invited to cruise along Dubai creek aboard a wooden dhow. Enjoy a traditional buffet dinner in the company of your fellow travellers and tour host as you take in the sights and sounds and admire the new and old architecture passing by.

Thu 2 Feb  Dubai - Desert Safari

Leave the hotel mid-afternoon by 4WD vehicles and head to the desert. Speed through Arabia's golden-sand dunes and enjoy the thrill of dune bashing. Witness the magical Arabian sunset with a glass of chilled champagne at your private “Sunset bar” and enjoy a fascinating “falconry” demonstration. Arrive at a traditional Bedouin campsite and feast on a sumptuous traditional Arabic BBQ dinner as you relax under the stars.

Fri 3 - Tue 7 Feb

3rd Test Dubai, Pakistan v England   

Dubai International Cricket Stadium 

Daily roundtrip transfers will be provided from your hotel to the Stadium. Transfer time is about 20-25mins.

During the Test, join Bob Taylor for a post cricket drink and chat about how England have performed in the three Test series.

Wed 8 Feb  Abu Dhabi/London

Enjoy a final day at the hotel before your transfer to Abu Dhabi Dubai International Airport for your flight home. Arrive Heathrow later the same day.
