Sun 26 April - London Gatwick / Barbados

Depart Gatwick on your Virgin Atlantic flight to Barbados. On arrival,  complete customs and immigration formalities and proceed to the arrivals halls where you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a 13 night stay.

Mon 27 - Tue 28 April 

Time to relax and acclimatise to your tropical surroundings.

Wed 29 April 

Tonight you are invited to join your tour host and fellow travellers for ‘Welcome Drinks’ and nibbles at the Hilton Hotel. John will set the scene for the 3rd and final Test and our local agent will introduce you to Barbados.

Thu 30 April - Half day island tour

Join us for a morning orientation tour that will introduce you to this beautiful Caribbean Island.  Return to the hotel and relax ahead of the cricket which starts in the morning.
 

Fri 01 - Tue 05 May - 3rd TEST, WEST INDIES v ENGLAND Venue: Kensington Oval Time for the cricket to begin. Daily return transfers will be provided to the Ground. During the Test John will host a cricket forum at the hotel when you'll have an opportunity to ask any questions about the series as well as listen to some tales from his playing days.

Wed 6 May- Catamaran Cruise with lunch

After the fun and excitement of the cricket it's time for the ultimate relaxation – a lovely catamaran cruise with the wind in your hair, warm sunshine and an attentive crew to pamper you as you sail along the island’s stunning West Coast.  Stop to swim and snorkel with turtles and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch in the company of your fellow travellers.

Thu 7 May    

Relax and enjoy the hotel's escellent facilities. If you like exploring there are many sights and attractions to tempt you away from the beach. Highlights include Harrison’s Caves, the Atlantic coastline at Bathsheba, Barbados Wildlife Reserve, Flower Forest, the capital Bridgetown and for marine lovers, the Atlantis submarine and Jolly Roger. Optional sightseeing tours can be booked via our local agent.

Fri 8 May

If you can drag yourself away from the beach you'll find some lovely souvenirs and gifts in local handicraft shops and boutiques.

Tonight you are invited to join John and your fellow travellers for an informal dinner to mark the end of England's Caribbean adventure. Retrun transfers will be provided from Colony Club.

Sat 9 May - Barbados / London Gatwick

A final morning in the sun before it's time to pack your bags and check-out, ready for your journey home. You will be transfered to the international airport in plenty of time for you to board your Virgin flight to London Gatwick, arriving the following morning.
