Day 1 - Thu 06 March Heathrow > Vancouver
Early afternoon departure from London Heathrow on your flight to Vancouver. On arrival complete customs and immigration formalities and then proceed to your chosen hotel by airport taxi or train.
Located between snow-capped mountains and the ocean, Vancouver's stunning setting is hard to beat and with winter temperatures milder than you would expect, it's comfortable to walk around and explore.
Day 2 - Fri 07 March - Vancouver
Walk, cycle or jog around Stanley Park before refuelling at one of the city's fantastic restaurants. Explore the delights of Granville Island market and the historic Gastown district before soaking up the views in the picturesque waterfront area.
Day 3 - Sat 09 March- CANADA World Rugby Sevens 2016

Day 4 - Sun 10 March- CANADA World Rugby Sevens 2016
The sevens party atmosphere will be electric today as the tournament reaches its climax - provisional hours of play 10.30-19.30. |
Day 5- Mon 11 March Vancouver > Heathrow
Please settle any personal expences with your hotel and chek out.
Enjoy a final day exploring the many sights and attractions of this delightful waterside city before it's time to make your way to the airport for your flight home. Arrive London Heathrow the following morning.
WHISTLER SKI OPTION
Day 5- Mon 11 March Vancouver > Whistler
Early transfer to the world class mountain resort of Whistler and the 5 Star Westin Resort. Regualry voted as the top ski resort in North America, Whistler boasts a wide range of ski terrain, excellent snowfall records and a host of apres ski options. Hit the slopes this afternoon and get your bearings.
Day 6 - 7 Tue 12 & Wed 13 March
Enjoy two full day's skiing in this magnificent winter wonderland.
Day 8 - Thu 14 March
Enjoy a lazy morning in the resort before it's time to check out and board the transfer bus back to Vancouver International Airport for your flight home.
Day 9 - Fri 15 March
Arrive London Heathrow the following morning.

BC Place Stadium & Tickets
Canada Sevens Vancouver is proud to call BC Place Stadium home. With state of the art upgrades throughout the facility, BC Place is considered one of the most modern and technologically advanced stadiums in North America and has a capacity of 54,500.
General Admission seats are accessible from Level 200 and are located around both the east and west ends of the stadium. These non-reserved seating areas are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. They allow you to sit with friends and family and to rub shoulders with fans from all corners of the rugby world. Fans are able to sit anywhere within the designated General Admission areas, giving you the freedom to enjoy matches from different seats throughout the tournament day. Please note - within the General Admission there will be a designated area for alcohol-free guests. If you want to upgrade your tickets to 7's Reserved seats please call to check on availability - the upgrade cost is around £15 per person. 7s Reserved seating offers premium viewing of the matches from the centre of the stadium.
