Holidays are not only about what you will see and experience...they're also about the people you meet and the great times you share. As well as exploring new and exciting places, one of the best discoveries you'll make is the group spirit and camaraderie of your fellow travellers. Being part of a small group you will quickly make friends with other travellers and your cricket hosts, like-minded people from all walks of life. All tours are flexible in that you can add or remove a Test, upgrade flights, brake your journey and include a stopover - just ask and we will let you know what is possible.!

Flexible Hotel & Ticket Packages

Aimed at the independent traveller, we offer a wide choice of hotel and ticket packages covering all five Tests in a wide choice of standard, superior, first class and deluxe hotels including the match ticket category of your choice - Reserved, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.  We also have hospitality options featuring Club Lounge or Club Dining facilities. All hotel and ticket packages have a minimum six (6) night hotel stay based on arriving the night before the Test. 

Solo Traveller

Many of the people who join us on one of our holidays are traveling by themselves, so if you’re a solo traveller, rest assured that you’ll be with other like-minded people. On any given departure, you’ll find a mix of couples and friends traveling together, as well as other solo travellers. One of the great benefits of our trips is that they allow you to be independent but provide security and company whenever you choose.

Holiday Pricing

All escorted tours are fully inclusive and feature flights, hotels, cricket tickets, social events, domestic airport transfers, cricket hosts, local tour manager and any sightseeing included in the tour itinerary.  Our escorted tours begin once you arrive at your first hotel and will normally include a welcome drinks reception. The escorted tour prices shown on the website are per person, based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room. Single traveler supplements will apply when only one person is occupying a room. 

The Social Side

Welcome drink receptions are planned ahead of each Test and Q&A cricket forum will take place during the Test. These informal gatherings are great opportunities for you to meet your fellow travellers, cricket hosts and local tour manager in a relaxed and social setting. They also allow you to debate England’s current performance with your host and to hear their own personal insight and analysis of the England team. 

Christmas Day, Melbourne
Our celebration lunch will take place at the picturesque Point Restaurant, overlooking Albert Park Lake.  Enjoy a glass of bubbles on the terrace before enjoying a great Christmas buffet. Transfers to/from your hotel are included.

New Year's Eve, Sydney
You will be welcoming in the New Year at the Taronga Centre, one of Sydney’s most unique venues boasting breathtaking views over Sydney Harbour. Located within the grounds of Sydney’s world famous Taronga Zoo and offering unparalleled views of iconic Sydney landmarks such as the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Sydney Tower, Fort Denison and Circular Quay…perfect for an Australian New Year’s celebration! Free flowing drinks and a sumptuous dinner will ensure a fun time for all.
 
Official Ashes Functions
Cricket Australia will be running Official Ashes Functions in all Test match cities. These two hour events will feature former cricketing greats and special guest appearances. Hear about famous Ashes battles and preview the next installment as each Ashes Test match is closely dissected and analyzed. All functions will be centrally located to enable guests to easily reach the venues and are a mix of breakfasts, lunches and early evening events including food and drinks. The functions are included for escorted tour guests and can be added separately for anyone booking a flexi hotel and ticket module.

Match Tickets

As we purchase our tickets directly from CATO (Cricket Australia Travel Office) match tickets are fully guaranteed. Ticket prices have been included into our Escorted Tours and Flexible Hotel & Ticket packages. Test match tickets are sold to international supporters on a ‘season ticket’ basis, with Days 1-4 paid for and Day 5 free. Please note, no refund applies to unused tickets should a match finish early. For the avoidance of doubt, irrespective of the Ticket Category purchased, Day Five tickets in all instances will be a general admission ticket -i.e. a non reserved seat. Having visited all match venues at the end of 2016, we have selected GOLD category tickets at all venues except Perth where we have chosen the top category PLATINUM tickets at the WACA. Cricket Australia has recently confirmed that the new Perth Stadium will not be ready for the Ashes Series. Platinum ticket upgrades are available at all venues - subject to availability and price supplement at the time of booking. See ticket descriptions >
